Creating spaces for presence, transformation, and belonging.

Whether through psychotherapy, community facilitation, writing, or ritual, my work invites individuals and communities to slow down, become present to what is unfolding, and discover how they want to move forward with coherence.

What Is This Work?

Life continually invites us into change.

Relationships evolve.

Communities grow.

Leadership shifts.

Dreams emerge.

Loss arrives.

Questions linger longer than we'd like.

In these moments, it's easy to rush toward certainty or search for someone with the answers.

My work offers something different.

I create spaces where people can pause long enough to notice what is already here.

Together, we cultivate the presence, curiosity, and awareness that allow thoughtful movement to emerge—not because someone prescribed the next step, but because it became possible to discover it together.

Work With Me

My Philosophy

I don't believe presence gives us certainty.

I believe presence expands our capacity to choose.

Whether I'm sitting with an individual in therapy or facilitating a conversation among community leaders, my work begins from the same place:

Every person and every community carries wisdom.

My role isn't to determine where someone should go.

It's to help create the conditions in which they can discover that for themselves.

Wherever you find yourself, I'd be honored to begin with a conversation.
