How We Can Work Together
-
One-on-one psychotherapy for adults seeking greater presence, self-trust, and connection with themselves and others.
A collaborative space to slow down, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate greater presence in your life. Together we'll explore your emotions, relationships, nervous system, and lived experience with curiosity and compassion.
My work integrates:
• Somatic Psychotherapy
• Interpersonal Neurobiology
• Polyvagal Theory
• Mindfulness
• Yoga
• Attachment Theory
• Coherence Facilitation -
Practice alongside other women in small, intimate counseling cohorts created around particular experiences of relational grief, rupture, and change.
Where the Love Goes makes room for what happens when a relationship changes but the love, history, grief, or meaning held within it does not simply disappear. Through somatic practice, private reflection, shared witnessing, and conversation, we explore what was believed, what has changed, what remains, and what belongs to you now.
Current and upcoming cohorts include experiences of changing family relationships, friendship loss, estrangement, and loving someone you can no longer have in your life in the same way.
For young women navigating a changing relationship with family, belonging, and the meaning of home. A six-week counseling cohort for making space for what is changing without requiring yourself to know what comes next.
The Friend I Thought I’d Have Forever
For women grieving the loss or transformation of a significant friendship. A six-week counseling cohort for tending to the heartbreak, history, and imagined future that remain when someone you thought would stay no longer does.

Collaboration
The Ritual Practice Place is interested in the many ways people create and inherit practices of attention, embodiment, belonging, relationship, and meaning.
Ritual has always existed between people. The ways we gather, move, make, tend, grieve, celebrate, worship, rest, and care for one another are shaped by culture, place, family, community, tradition, and generations of people practicing before us. I am curious about the lineages we carry, the practices we inherit and adapt, and the new forms we create in response to the lives we are living now.
I am especially curious about others doing work that feels in conversation with this one—artists, movement practitioners, bodyworkers, spiritual and faith leaders, facilitators, teachers, healers, makers, community builders, and people working within traditions, lineages, or forms of practice I may not yet know to name. I want to know what you are noticing, what you are practicing, what has informed your way of practicing, and what your work is teaching you about being a person among other people.
Sometimes these relationships may become something we make together: an evening of movement, art-making, shared practice, conversation, a workshop, or an experiment we haven't imagined yet. Sometimes they may simply become an opportunity to know one another, exchange ideas, learn across difference, and strengthen the web of people tending thoughtfully to their communities.
There doesn't need to be an outcome.
I am interested in allowing collaboration to begin with curiosity—finding one another, learning how our practices intersect and diverge, honoring what is particular to where they come from, and seeing what becomes possible through relationship.
If something in your work, practice, tradition, or way of seeing feels in conversation with The Ritual Practice Place, I would love to know about it.
