Build Self-Love
Cultivate Compassion for the Person You Already Are
-
Many people spend years believing they must earn love through achievement, perfection, productivity, or self-sacrifice.
Self-love invites a different experience.
This Skills & Accountability Group helps participants develop a more compassionate, accepting, and supportive relationship with themselves.
-
This group may be a good fit if:
• You are highly self-critical
• You struggle to acknowledge your strengths
• You find it difficult to extend compassion toward yourself
• You prioritize others' needs at your own expense
• You want to cultivate greater acceptance and self-kindness
• You are ready to practice relating to yourself differently
-
Participants will explore:
• Self-compassion
• Emotional awareness
• Shame resilience
• Acceptance
• Receiving support
• Practices that nurture self-kindness
Each week includes reflection, discussion, experiential exercises, and opportunities for accountability and growth.
-
• Six-week series
• Weekly 60-minute sessions
• Small-group format
• Clinical group psychotherapy service
• Participation requires a brief screening process
• Current enrollment opportunities and availability may vary
-
The investment for this six-week clinical group is $300.
Payment is required in full at the time of registration and reserves your place in the group.
Because each cohort is intentionally small, cancellations made five (5) or more days before the first session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within five (5) days of the first session will receive a 50% refund.
Once the group has begun, refunds are generally not available.
I believe these groups should be as accessible as possible. If the cost feels like a barrier, please reach out by email before registering to inquire about any sliding scale opportunities that may be available for the current cohort.
