Community Breathwork

This offering may be a good fit if you:

• Feel overwhelmed or mentally busy

• Want practical tools for nervous system regulation

• Are looking to reconnect with yourself

• Enjoy mindfulness and contemplative practices

• Want a supportive space to slow down and breathe

• Are curious about incorporating breathwork into your wellness routine

Each session may include:

• • Guided breathing practices

  • Nervous system education

  • Mindfulness and grounding exercises

  • Opportunities for quiet reflection

  • Community connection

  • Time to integrate your experience before leaving

  Participation is always invitational. You're encouraged to honor your own pace and choose what feels supportive for your body throughout the session.

Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Suggested items include:

• Yoga mat (limited mats available)

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothing

• Blanket (optional)

• Pillow or bolster (optional)

• Eye pillow or eye mask (optional)

  Some props will be available to borrow, but you're always welcome to bring your own.

Community Breathwork is offered for $18 per session.

Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your place.

I believe these offerings should be as accessible as possible. If the cost feels like a barrier, please reach out before registering to inquire about any sliding scale opportunities that may be available.

Cancellation Policy

Registration reserves your place for the session.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Late cancellations and no-shows are not be eligible for a refund.

Community Breathwork is an educational and wellness offering.

Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship and does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, healthcare, or crisis services.
