Many people spend years adapting to expectations, responsibilities, relationships, and roles.
In the process, they can become disconnected from their own values, desires, identity, and inner voice.
Discover You is a Nervous System Practice Group designed to support deeper self-awareness, reflection, and reconnection.
Participants are invited to slow down, listen inward, and explore who they are beneath survival patterns and external expectations.

• You want to cultivate greater authenticity and self-understanding

Participants will explore:
• Personal values and meaning
• Identity beyond roles and expectations
• Self-awareness and self-understanding
• Nervous system patterns that influence behavior
• Authentic expression
• Connection to intuition and inner wisdom
Through guided reflection, discussion, and experiential practices, participants develop a deeper relationship with themselves and greater clarity about who they are becoming.

The investment for this six-week clinical group is $300.
Payment is required in full at the time of registration and reserves your place in the group.
Because each cohort is intentionally small, cancellations made five (5) or more days before the first session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within five (5) days of the first session will receive a 50% refund.
Once the group has begun, refunds are generally not available.
I believe these groups should be as accessible as possible. If the cost feels like a barrier, please reach out by email before registering to inquire about any sliding scale opportunities that may be available for the current cohort.
