Coherence Facilitation is a collaborative process that helps communities create space for meaningful dialogue, reflection, and intentional decision making.
Rather than providing predetermined solutions, I facilitate conversations that invite communities to become more present to themselves, one another, and the questions they are navigating together.
The goal isn't to tell a community where it should go.
It's to create the conditions in which it can discover that for itself.
How is this different from consulting?
Traditional consulting often centers on identifying problems and recommending solutions.
My role is different.
Rather than arriving with answers, I facilitate conversations that help communities slow down, notice patterns, explore complexity, and move forward in ways that reflect their own values and intentions.
I don't believe the facilitator should determine the right path.
I believe communities already carry wisdom. My work is helping create the conditions for that wisdom to become more accessible.
Is this mediation?
Not exactly.
While our work may include navigating disagreement or difficult conversations, Coherence Facilitation is not legal mediation or arbitration.
Instead, it offers a space where communities can engage complexity with curiosity, deepen understanding, and explore how they wish to move forward together.
What kinds of communities do you work with?
I partner with organizations, leadership teams, nonprofits, therapy practices, churches, creative teams, wellness organizations, startups, retreat centers, and other mission-driven communities.
If your work involves people coming together around shared purpose, there's a good chance we'll have something meaningful to explore.
Does our community need to be experiencing conflict?
Not at all.
Some communities reach out while navigating transition or uncertainty.
Others simply want to become more intentional about how they communicate, make decisions, or cultivate their culture.
This work isn't reserved for moments of crisis.
It's an invitation to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater presence.
What happens during the Intake Session?
The Intake Session is a 90-minute conversation where we'll explore your community's history, current context, hopes, values, and the questions you're holding.
Rather than evaluating your organization, the session helps us understand your unique context and determine how we might thoughtfully work together.
What happens after the Intake Session?
Following our conversation, I'll recommend a path that feels aligned with your community's needs.
That may include a single facilitated conversation, a workshop, retreat facilitation, or an ongoing partnership.
Every engagement is tailored to the people and questions involved.
Do you facilitate virtually?
Yes.
Sessions can be held virtually or in person depending on your location and the needs of your community.

-
What should I expect?
Bringing attention and intention to our breath gives our body more space to expand and contract. It can result in activated physical, mental, emotional, spiritual feelings. I will be attuned to your needs as you let yourself surrender to this process.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Please know that our breath will always breathe us.
