Release Scarcity
Create More Space for Trust, Possibility, and Abundance
-
Scarcity often extends beyond finances.
It can show up as a persistent feeling that there is never enough time, enough certainty, enough worthiness, enough success, or enough safety.
When scarcity drives our decisions, life can begin to feel constricted, reactive, and exhausting.
Release Scarcity is a Nervous System Practice Group that helps participants understand how scarcity lives in the mind, body, and nervous system while cultivating greater trust, flexibility, and possibility.
-
TThis group may be a good fit if:
• You frequently worry about not having enough
• You struggle with comparison
• You feel pressure to constantly achieve or prove yourself
• You find it difficult to rest without guilt
• You experience anxiety around uncertainty
• You want to create a more expansive relationship with life
-
Participants will explore:
• Scarcity and nervous system responses
• Fear, uncertainty, and control
• Self-worth beyond productivity
• Trust and resilience
• Mindfulness and self-compassion practices
• Expanding capacity for possibility and receiving support
This group offers opportunities for education, discussion, reflection, and experiential learning.
-
• Six-week series
• Weekly 60-minute sessions
• Small-group format

-
The investment for this six-week clinical group is $300.
Payment is required in full at the time of registration and reserves your place in the group.
Because each cohort is intentionally small, cancellations made five (5) or more days before the first session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within five (5) days of the first session will receive a 50% refund.
Once the group has begun, refunds are generally not available.
I believe these groups should be as accessible as possible. If the cost feels like a barrier, please reach out by email before registering to inquire about any sliding scale opportunities that may be available for the current cohort.
