Save Your Empathy
Care Deeply Without Losing Yourself
-
Empathy is a beautiful strength, but when it lacks boundaries, it can become exhausting.
Many people find themselves carrying the emotions, problems, and responsibilities of others while neglecting their own needs. Over time, this can lead to burnout, resentment, overwhelm, and disconnection from oneself.
Save Your Empathy is a Nervous System Practice Group designed to help participants understand the relationship between empathy, boundaries, self-trust, and nervous system regulation.
Together, we explore how to remain compassionate without becoming consumed by the experiences of others.
-
This group may be a good fit if:
• You often feel emotionally drained after interacting with others
• You struggle to separate your feelings from someone else's
• You feel responsible for helping or fixing people
• You have difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
• You frequently put others' needs before your own
• You want to care deeply without losing yourself in the process
-
Participants will explore:
• The nervous system and emotional overwhelm
• Boundaries and sustainable compassion
• People-pleasing patterns
• Self-awareness and self-advocacy

• Building greater capacity for connection without burnout
This group combines education, reflection, experiential practices, discussion, and opportunities for integration between sessions.
