    Uplift Yourself is a trauma-informed yoga class that combines mindful movement, breath, and intentional practices designed to help participants reconnect with vitality, hope, and possibility.

    This class honors that healing is not only about reducing suffering.

    It is also about expanding our capacity for joy.

  • Classes are $18 per session.

    Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your place.

    Cancellations made more than 3 hours before class will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class are not eligible for a refund.
